Grimm Weisse is one of the most authentic double-decocted Bavarian-style hefeweissbiers you'll find outside of Germany. The revamped label art is by Gretta Johnson. We introduced this beer in summer 2021 and it promptly won gold in the NY State brewing competition. Grimm Weisse has enticing notes of clove, lemon, and banana and is massively effervescent, soft, and pillowy. There is a difference between the draft version and the can! Cans are can-conditioned to the traditional 4 volumes of carbonation. The draft is still highly carbed, but adjusted down to a reasonable 2.7 volumes so that it can be successfully poured on American draft systems.
