After the demand/success for our Northern Spain classes over the past couple years, we had knew we had to get a Spanish wine dinner on the books --- and we finally nailed down a date with Chef Lo’! Join us on Tuesday, November, 12th @ 7PM at Turtle + the Wolf as Wes (our de facto travel guide to in Basque Country) and Sharon showcase some of our favorite wines in the shop paired with an inspired menu from Chef Lauren Hirschberg! With centuries of wine-making tradition and arguably the finest culinary traditions in the world, Northern Spain is a MUST KNOW! Producers like Lopez de Heredia boast some of the finest Riojas made today, but there are so many other exciting areas that deserve your attention. Galicia? Yup. San Sebastian? Naturally. Join us as we take you on a virtual tour of northern Spain and enjoy some of our favorite wines with Chef Lo's mouthwatering menu. TOPA!
