Join us on Thursday, October 10th @ 7PM at Tsuki Japanese Restaurant in Bernardsville for a delicious Omakase dinner with Tsuki owner Ginn Huang! He sources the freshest fish from all over the world for his amazing sushi and I cannot wait to introduce this hidden gem of a restaurant to you! We will be showcasing some of my favorite examples of Champagne, German Riesling and Red & White Burgundy that pair perfectly with Ginn’s amazing Omakase creations!
Champagne Flight
Fuji Fried
Shrimp, red snapper, crab meat mixed in spicy sauce and wrap in soy-paper and fried.
Baja Sushi
fried lightly breaded sea bass, lightly breaded eggplant with chunky guacamole and touch of sweet sauce.
Emerald Roll
yellowtail and pickled wasabi rolled with avocado outside and garnished with spicy sauce, fresh kelp and ponzu sauce.
Paired w/ Corbon Blanc De Blancs 2012 & Bereche Brut Reserve Champagne NV
Riesling Flight
Usuzukuri
thinly sliced fluke with caviars served with ponzu sauce.
Love Boat
diced the tuna, salmon with caviars, scallions and seasoned fishing chip served with endive and touched of sweet sauce.
Sashimi
Sashimi Mada i(Japanese red snapper), Arctic char, Yellowtail toro, Tuna.
Bonito (northern Pacific), NZ king salmon, Bluefin Tuna (Spain).

Sushi Fresh scallop (Hokkaido), Toro, Sea bream.
In a Hurry roll
Spicy tuna/avocado wrapped in white seaweed topped white tuna and caviars.
Tuna Tataki
seared thinly sliced tuna with caviars, scallions and fresh kels served with ponzu sauce.
